IBJJF World Champion, Gym Owner & COO of GymSciencx Laercio Fernandes is a retired IBJJF World Champion and respected black belt whose legacy on the mats now fuels his mission off the mats—as a gym owner and the Chief Operating Officer of GymSciencx. Known for his technical precision and relentless work ethic, Laercio built a reputation as one of the most cerebral and disciplined competitors in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Today, he channels that same focus into empowering gym owners, athletes, and brands through GymSciencx—a platform redefining how gym culture connects with commerce. As COO, Laercio leads operations with the heart of a competitor and the mind of a strategist, helping bridge the gap between performance and opportunity for the next generation.

Results-driven executive with a proven track record of developing and sustaining profitable sales programs. Primary focus is to expand partnerships, increasing sales, and growing client base. Delivers exceptional sales results by making mid-course adjustments as well as developing and implementing responses to changing market conditions.
